Motorola has brought a new health tracking device into the space, dubbed the Moto Watch 2 Fit. It's a lightweight smartwatch aimed at those who want both serious health-tracking capabilities and a display.
Moto Watch 2 Fit Specifications and Features
Like premium Motorola phones, the Moto Watch 2 Fit is built around an aluminium chassis paired with a silicone strap. Up front, it packs a 1.85-inch gOLED always-on display protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
The display is capable of pushing a peak brightness of 1,500 nits. The watch also features an IP68 rating for protection against dust and water.

The standout addition to the Watch 2 Fit is its deep integration with Polar’s fitness and wellness algorithms. Athletes can use detailed metrics like the Running Index to gauge aerobic efficiency and track their specific macronutrient burn during workouts.
For recovery, the watch leverages Polar’s Sleep Plus Stages and Nightly Recharge tools to monitor rest cycles and autonomic nervous system recovery. Additionally, other sensors include standard heart rate, stress and SpO2 tracking.

Motorola has also added a dedicated menstrual cycle tracker to its companion app. The watch also boasts dual-frequency GPS for accurate route mapping across more than 100 supported activity modes. Powering all this hardware is a battery rated to last up to 12 days on a single charge.
Besides health features, users can answer phone calls directly from their wrist via Bluetooth. Motorola is also promising a future software update that will integrate its Qira voice assistant for hands-free queries when paired with compatible smartphones.
