Motorola Edge 60 Launched in India with Dimensity 7400 and 5,500mAh Battery

The Motorola Edge 60 has officially launched, joining its siblings— Edge 60 Pro and Edge 60 Fusion in India. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400, packs a 5,500mAh battery, and a curved display among other specifications. Motorola Edge 60 Specifications and Features

The Motorola Edge 60 features a  6.67-inch 1.5K pOLED quad-curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 10-bit colour depth. The panel also supports up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Additionally, there is HDR10+ support for HDR content playback and a 300Hz touch sampling rate.

The display is encased within a plastic mid-frame and features a Pantone-approved vegan leather back panel. It is also durable with MIL-STD-810H certification and IP68 + IP69 rated for comprehensive dust and water protection.

Powering the Motorola Edge 60 is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, which is coupled with 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Yes, there is only a single configuration. Users will also be able to expand the storage by up to 1 TB via microSD card expansion.

Coming to the imaging system, the device features a triple camera setup with a 50 MP Sony LYT700C primary sensor with OIS, a 50 MP ultrawide cum macro lens, and a 10 MP telephoto camera. There's a 50 MP selfie camera on the front as well.

Moreover, the Edge 60 is equipped with a 5,500mAh battery coupled with 68W of wired fast charging.

On the software front, the Edge 60 runs Android 15-based Hello UI. Motorola has promised 3 years of software updates and 4 years of security patches. Additionally, the device brings the brand's own Moto AI, with several AI-enabled features like AI Playlist Studio and AI Image Studio.

Other noteworthy features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM support. 

Motorola Edge 60 Sale Date and Price in India

The Motorola Edge 60 is priced at Rs 25,999 in India. It will be available in two colour variants, Pantone Shamrock and Pantone Gibraltar Sea.

For a limited time, buyers can get a Rs 1,000 discount with Axis Bank and IDFC Bank credit cards, which brings the price down to Rs 24,999. Open sales will start from June 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM on Flipkart, the  Motorola India website and brand-authorised retail outlets.
