The Motorola Edge 70 could mark Motorola's return to making slim phones. The phone's renders leaked not too long ago, and now we have a leaked official teaser for the device showcasing its cameras, AI features, colours and the slim form factor.
Motorola Edge 70 could be a sub-6mm Phone
The teaser arrives courtesy of Evan Blass on X, and while the previous Motorola Edge 70 leaked renders gave us a look at two colours, the teaser reveals a third colour. Besides the grey and green colourways, the new colour is a slightly darker green, and almost a darker macha-like colour. Motorola could call it Bronze Green.

Motorola could end up officially calling the colours Bronze Green, Lily Pad and Gadget Grey.
The promotional video also confirms several other design elements, including a 50 MP primary rear camera equipped with OIS. The main focus, however, is the device's sleek sub-6mm construction. However, unlike the phones it's trying to compete with, the Edge 70 is expected to be an affordable device.
The Edge 70 could arrive as the Motorola X70 Air in some markets, but it's expected to be mostly known as the Edge 70 in global markets. We still don't have any information about its specifications.

With the device being slim, battery life could be one of the major concerns. However, with Motorola already leveraging Silicon Carbon batteries, we'd be surprised if the Edge 70 arrives with a battery that's less than 5,000mAh in capacity.
As for the performance, considering its predecessor, the Edge 60 came with a Dimensity 7300 processor, we expect the Edge 70 to arrive with a mid-range processor. Perhaps it could be the MediaTek Dimensity 7360, which was recently announced.
We don't have any information about the device's launch timeline as of yet, but stay tuned as we will cover all the new information that's headed our way.
