Not too long ago, we got the Phone (3a) series from Nothing. Now, it looks like the London-based tech brand is looking to expand its "A" series further with the Phone (4a) lineup.
Tipster Paras Guglani, via his tech publication Passionategeekz, has revealed that the upcoming Nothing Phone (4a) has appeared on the IMEI database listing. It reveals a Nothing Technology Limited smartphone with an A069 model number.

This falls in line with the model naming scheme that Nothing follows. To recall, the Nothing Phone (3a) carried the A059 SKU while the Nothing Phone (2a) carried the A049 number. Hence, it does indeed seem like the Nothing Phone (4a).
With this new development, this is likely the first time the smartphone has surfaced online. At the time of writing, no other detail about the upcoming phone is known. We can expect Nothing to launch the Phone (4a) somewhere in March 2026. It could also be accompanied by the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, just like the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro launched alongside the regular Phone (3a).
Phone (4a) could ship with Nothing OS 4.0

While the Nothing Phone (3a) and the Phone (3a) Pro shipped with Nothing OS 3.1 based on Android 15, the Nothing Phone (4a) could become the first smartphone to bring the upcoming Nothing OS 4.0 based on Android 16 out of the box.
As for the other details, based on the Nothing Phone (3a), we expect the Phone (4a) to carry the following specifications:
- Full HD+ 120 Hz LTPS AMOLED display
- Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor
- 5,000mAh battery, 50W fast USB-C charging
- 50 MP main camera, 50 MP ultra-wide and 50 MP telephoto sensor
- 32 MP front camera
- Nothing OS 4.0 based on Android 16
That said, none of the above-mentioned details have been confirmed yet. So, we urge you to take them with a hint of salt. We will be sure to track the smartphone closely and bring the latest information your way, here at Beebom Gadgets.
