Summary

  • Nothing Phone (4a) has appeared on UAE's TRDA certification website with model number A069.
  • The smartphone is listed under brand name Nothing Technology Private Limited, confirming its existence.
  • Nothing Phone (4a) could consist of Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro smartphones and launch in March 2026.

As we leapfrog into February 2026, Nothing appears to be getting ready to launch the Phone (4a) series. The smartphones have appeared on a host of certification websites, including the Bureau of Indian Standards and now, the phone has been spotted on the UAE's TRDA certification, signalling an imminent launch.

Nothing Phone (4a) Series Launch Inches Closer

Spotted first by tipster @ZionsAnvin on X, the TRDA listing explicitly ties the marketing name to the model number A069. This also connects the dots with previous leaks of a second A069P variant, confirming that the brand is sticking to its familiar dual-model strategy. As with other Nothing phones, the lineup is expected to include the Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro.

Although the listing doesn't directly confirm the Nothing Phone (4a) specifications, we already have leaks and rumours suggesting what to look forward to.

For starters, the Phone (4a) is expected to boast the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 which launched last year, paired with up to 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. The phone is also expected to arrive with triple 50 MP cameras, a 6.78-inch AMOLED LTPS display and a 5,000mAh battery. Besides, we expect the series to arrive with Nothing OS 4.5 features with Android 16 out of the box.

Nothing teased that Phone (4a) will boast UFS 3.1 storage due to the ongoing RAM crisis, which could make the Phone (4a) series more expensive than its predecessor.

A previous Nothing Phone (4a) price leak suggests that while the regular Phone (4a) price could be set around $475 (approximately Rs 43,000), the Pro could be priced at roughly $540 (approximately Rs 48,500).

As for the release date, since the Nothing Phone (3a) series arrived by the end of March 2025, the Nothing Phone (4a) should also arrive around the same time. The brand is expected to start teasing the series in February 2026, so stay tuned.
