Nubia's next smartphone, the Nubia Air has previously surfaced online revealing an iPhone 17 Air-esque design. The smartphone has now further leaked in what appear to be its official promotional material images.
Tipster Evan Blass took to X to share several official looking images of the upcoming Nubia Air smartphone. Based on those, the smartphone resembles the rumoured iPhone 17 Air quite a lot.

The smartphone has been showcased in a glossy champagne gold-like colourway and another matte-black option. The horizontally top-aligned pill-shaped camera module is an exact "inspiration" of the Apple iPhone 17 Air.
However, unlike the Apple counterpart, which is expected to arrive with a single rear camera, we see a triple camera setup on Nubia's take on Air. There is also an LED flash and a red module housing the "NEO Vision" branding.
The front of the Nubia Air render showcases a flat punch-hole display with mostly uniform bezels throughout, with a slightly thicker chin. Meanwhile, on the right side of the frame, there are the volume rockers and a red-coloured Power button. The left side of the frame is empty.

As for the specifications, one of the leaked images hint at a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The Nubia Air is also going to be slim at 5.9mm and will be protected by IP68 + IP69 dual rating for dust and water resistance.
A previous Nubia Air design and specifications leak hinted at the Unisoc T8300 processor under the hood, paired with 8 GB of RAM. It could also bear 256 GB of storage and run on Android 15.
The triple camera setup will reportedly bring a 50 MP main sensor, a 2 MP secondary sensor and a 0.8 MP auxiliary lens. A 20 MP selfie camera could complete the setup. Apart from this, the smartphone is expected to bring a 5,000mAh battery, Bluetooth 5.4, 5G, GPS, NFC and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity.
With that said, since these are all leaks, so take them with a grain of salt. We are not sure when Nubia is looking to release the smartphone. However, we expect to hear something official soon in the coming days.
