For the past few weeks, we have been getting cryptic teasers for Madhav Sheth's newest venture, Nxtquantum. The brand is expected to launch a series of Ai+ smartphones in India. Now, ahead of launch, the back design and colour options of the smartphones have been officially revealed.
Sheth took to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle to give us our first official look at the device. Going by the images, the device appears to feature a boxy design with flat edges. Now, while some images shared by the brand showcase a textured back panel, others lack this.

On the other hand, another variant also appears to come with a dual tone design around the camera module instead. This is proof that there will be multiple phones from the brand. However, all these phones appear to be arriving with the same Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and Violet colour options.
5 colours. Lightweight feel. Sleek as ever.

Moving on, there is a rectangular camera module located at the top left corner of all these smartphones. On the updated Flipkart microsite, the main camera of one of the variants is evident to be a 50 MP lens, thanks to a dedicated branding. Meanwhile, the secondary camera could be a depth or macro lens. At the centre of the back panel is a large "Ai+" logo.
Coming to the mid-frame, the left side appears to be completely clean. While the right side of the smartphones feature the volume rocker at the top with a red-accented power button at the bottom. On the display side of things, there is a water-drop notch at the top centre that is home to the selfie camera.

Now, one of these variants appears to be the Ai+ Nova 2 5G smartphone, the live image of which leaked a while back. This leak also suggested the phone to arrive with at least 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. It's also said to support dual 5G SIMs. Apart from this, not a lot is known about the device in terms of specifications.
However, the AI+ phones have been confirmed to target the affordable smartphone segment and start from Rs 5,000. These phones will also run on NxtQuantum OS, and the key highlight of the devices will be their AI features that will let users analyse, summarise and write content.
The devices will be sold in India via Flipkart and, as the microsite reveals, will launch sometime in July 2025.
