The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra has launched in China as the brand's newest addition to the lineup, sitting beside the Ace 6 and Ace 6T. Powered by a flagship Dimensity 9000 series chipset and packing some other impressive performance-oriented internals, the Ace 6 Ultra appears to be a true powerhouse on paper.

Talking about the display first, the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ LTPS AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of 60 to 165 Hz. However, this 10-bit panel will deliver 144 Hz and 165 Hz only in some apps and scenarios, while staying at 120 Hz for the most part.
In addition, the screen offers an HBM of 1,800 nits and a typical brightness of 800 nits. On top, there's the Crystal Shield display protection. To take multimedia and gaming experience to the next level, the smartphone also flaunts a dual stereo speaker setup.

The smartphone also features a thickness of 8.45mm and weighs about 217 grams. The weight and thickness of the phone come from its massive 8,600mAh battery with 120W fast charging. OnePlus is also adding solid durability into the mix with a metal frame and IP66 + IP68 + IP69 + IP69K ratings.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra is powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB UFS 4.1 storage. This is the same chipset that powers the flagship Vivo X300 Pro and Oppo Find X9 Pro.
The flagship phone also packs in a new 6,000mm2 Glacier Cooling System and 2K Supercritical Glacier Graphite that, as per the brand, dissipates heat 2x faster. Gamers can also enjoy 165 FPS support in titles like CoD Mobile, BGMI, Valorant Mobile and Delta Force.

On the software front, the phone runs on ColorOS 16-based on Android 16 out of the box.
Talking about optics, the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra features a 50 MP primary rear camera with a f/1.8 aperture, accompanied by an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 112° FOV and f/2.2 aperture. At the front, there's a 16 MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.4. The phone can shoot up to 4K @ 60 FPS videos through the primary setup and 1080p @ 30 FPS through the front camera.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, GLONASS, GPS and NFC. For security, the phone also uses an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Apart from this, the Ace 6 Ultra is the first phone to launch with support for the new OnePlus Strix Gaming Controller.

The newly launched OnePlus Strix Gaming Controller features four buttons with an ultra-fast response rate of 1.8 ms. Catering to the needs of e-sports players, the controller also brings a solid ergonomic grip for ease of extensive gaming.
There's also a dedicated e-sports antenna for a stronger signal and a smoother network. It's also lightweight at 150 grams, making it easier to operate during extended sessions. Completing the set, OnePlus is also adding support for an expandable magnetic cooling back clip, which is sold separately.
This new controller attaches to the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra via a USB-C port and currently, only supports this phone. However, starting June, OnePlus will be extending support for the controller to the OnePlus 15, OnePlus Ace 6, OnePlus Ace 6T and OnePlus Turbo 6.
OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra Pricing and Availability
The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra price in China starts at 3,499 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 48,500) for the 12 GB + 256 GB variant. However, the phone also comes in the 16 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 512 GB, 16 GB + 512 GB and 16 GB + 1 TB variants. The phone can be purchased in Ace Awakening (Black) and Metal Storm (Gold) colourways.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus Strix Gaming Controller price in China is set at 449 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 6,000).
