After weeks of anticipation, OnePlus has finally launched the Nord 6 in India and as expected, it closely mirrors the OnePlus Turbo 6 that debuted in China. Packing a monstrous battery, powerful Snapdragon chipset and a 1.5K 165 Hz display, this is definitely the best Nord we've gotten so far.

The OnePlus Nord 6 brings a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, making it one of the smoothest panels in the segment. In addition, this 10-bit screen can offer up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness and an HBM of 1,800 nits. Catering to gamers, the panel also offers a super responsive touch response rate of up to 3,200 Hz with a dedicated Touch Reflex chipset.
To take the multimedia experience to the next level, the OnePlus Nord 6 also brings a dual stereo speaker setup to the table. For users who want loudness over anything, they can toggle the volume all the way up to 300%. As usual, OnePlus has also thrown in OReality Audio support to further tune the speakers.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, paired with up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. On the software front, the phone runs on Android 16-based OxygenOS 16, with the brand promising four years of Android OS updates and six years of security patches.
In terms of optics, the OnePlus Nord 6 sports a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 primary rear camera, paired with an 8 MP OmniVision OV08F ultra-wide sensor. At the front, there's a 32 MP selfie shooter, which can record up to 4K @ 30 FPS videos. Meanwhile, the rear camera can go up to 4K @ 60 FPS.
The biggest highlight of the Nord 6 is its massive 9,000mAh battery, coupled with 80W fast charging (via USB-C 2.0 port), making it one of the most impressive combinations in the segment. Due to the large battery, the phone is about 8.5mm thick and weighs 217 grams. Moreover, just like the OnePlus Nord 5, the Nord 6 has a Plus Key to tap into all that AI goodness with the OnePlus Mind.
Connectivity options include 11 5G bands, Bluetooth 6, Wi-Fi 7, GPS, GLONASS and NFC. For security, there's an optical in-display fingerprint scanner to make use of.
OnePlus Nord 6 Price in India and Sale Date
The OnePlus Nord 6 has launched in India in two variants and here's a rundown of how they're priced:

Interested buyers can take advantage of launch offers to get the phone for as low as Rs 35,999. Additionally, there are up to 6-month no-cost EMI options available. The phone can be purchased in the Fresh Mint, Quick Silver and Pitch Black colour options.
The smartphone will go on sale in the country starting April 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST and will be available via Amazon, the official OnePlus India website and authorised offline retail stores across the country.
