Oppo A6s 5G Launched in India with 6,500mAh Battery and 50 MP Camera: Check Price, Specifications and Availability

Further making its product catalogue confusing, Oppo has launched the A6s 5G in India just a day after launching the similar K14 5G. Featuring almost the same specifications as the K14 5G, the Oppo A6s 5G packs a slightly smaller battery and costs about Rs 1,000 more for some reason.

Oppo A6s 5G Specifications and Features

On paper, the Oppo A6s 5G is surprisingly similar to the newly launched Oppo K14 5G. It features the same 6.75-inch HD+ 120 Hz display with an HBM of 1,125 nits. The phone is 8.6mm thick and weighs about 212 grams, thanks to the big 6,500mAh battery inside.

That's one key difference between the two phones, as the K14 packs a bigger 7,000mAh unit. There's also the same 45W fast charging support to take advantage of.

Moving on, under the hood, the Oppo A6s 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with up to 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Out of the box, just like the K14, the A6s 5G also runs on Android 15-based ColorOS 15 out of the box for some reason.

Cameras remain the same, with the phone featuring a 50 MP main rear camera with a 2 MP depth shooter. At the front, there's a downgraded 5 MP (8 MP on K14) selfie shooter.

The Oppo A6s 5G also packs an IP64 rating instead of the IP66 + IP68 + IP69 ratings of the K14 5G. However, it retains the MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification.

In terms of connectivity, the Oppo A6s 5G offers Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and 802.11a/b/g/n support, as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. The budget Oppo phone packs 11 5G bands to make use of.

Oppo A6s 5G Price in India and Sale Date

The Oppo A6s 5G India pricing starts from Rs 18,999 for the base 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. Meanwhile, the 6 GB + 128 GB variant is priced at Rs 20,999.
