The wait is finally over and Samsung will need to watch out as Oppo has announced the global launch date for its next-generation Oppo Find N6 foldable. The foldable phone will debut on March 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM GMT+8 (or 4:30 PM IST), at the brand's Binhai Bay Campus in Shenzhen, China.

The upcoming Oppo Find N6 is being positioned as an advanced foldable, with Oppo highlighting a new "Zero-Feel Crease" technology aimed at reducing the visibility of the crease typically seen on foldable displays.

According to the brand, the innovation stems from improvements in hinge architecture and display materials, enabling the screen to appear flatter in everyday use.

The "Zero-Feel Crease" design is intended to make the crease barely noticeable from most viewing angles during regular usage, though Oppo notes that crease visibility may still vary depending on lighting conditions and viewing angles.

Oppo Find N6 has rethought the engineering logic of foldable screens. Through the collaborative design of “Dome Memory Glass” and “New Generation Titanium Alloy Dome Hinge,” users no longer have to pay the price for deep creases. The phone not only achieves “imperceptible creases” upon unboxing but also “smoothness after prolonged use” that stands the test of time.

Liu Zuohu, Oppo Chief Product Officer

Additionally, Zuohu talks about the foldable coming with support for the Oppo AI Stylus, which is "not just a pen; it’s an extension of your thinking. When the smoothness of your fingertips transforms into the flow of a pen tip, the foldable screen truly possesses creativity."

We also get a good look at the design of the upcoming foldable, which falls in line with the Oppo Find N6 renders that leaked recently. The foldable will arrive in the Orange, Gray and Silver colourways and will look mostly identical to last year's Oppo Find N5

Oppo Find N6 Specifications (Expected)

As per leaks and reports, the Oppo Find N6 will arrive with an 8.12-inch 2K LTPO UTG main display and a 6.62-inch cover screen. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset is said to power the foldable, paired with up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.

For optics, the Oppo Find N6 features a 200 MP main rear camera, accompanied by a 50 MP ultra-wide, 50 MP periscope telephoto and 2 MP multispectral lens. For selfies, the foldable is said to use two 20 MP front cameras. Fueling it all could be a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

While nothing is known about the Oppo Find N6 India launch, it is highly expected this year, especially since OnePlus has taken a step back from foldables.
