After months of leaks and teasers, Oppo has finally launched the Find N6 book-style folding phone globally and in China. It has arrived as the world's first Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 flagship foldable and is loaded with top-of-the-line hardware.
Oppo Find N6 Specifications and Features
One of the most striking features of the Oppo Find N6 is its overall design and form factor. While Oppo is sticking to the same boxy design language as that of the Oppo Find N5, it has managed to make the phone substantially thin and lightweight. This is the brand's slimmest book-style foldable yet, with a mere 4.21mm of thickness when unfolded and 8.93mm of thickness when folded. It is also lightweight at 225 grams.
Moreover, the Find N6 also features what Oppo is calling the first Zero-Feel Crease folding phone. The brand has re-engineered the tensile strength that the hinge of the phone exerts on the display when unfolded. It allows it to achieve an almost crease-free experience, giving the illusion of a regular slab phone display.

Coupled with the all-new anti-reflective coating of the large 8.12-inch QXGA+ AMOLED display, the Find N6 is one of the most advanced folding phones yet. The display also features a 120 Hz LTPO refresh rate and 1,800 nits of peak brightness. It also gets a 6.62-inch 1.5K 120 Hz LTPO AMOLED outer display with Oppo Crystal Shield protection and 3,000 nits peak brightness.
Powering the phone is the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. This makes the Find N6 the first folding phone in the world to ship with the flagship Qualcomm processor.

Even in terms of cameras, Oppo has managed to pack a flagship-level imaging system. It brings a 200 MP main camera, a 50 MP periscope telephoto sensor and a 50 MP ultra-wide angle camera. The smartphone also features a dedicated Danxia Colour Restoration Lens at the back, just like the Oppo Find X9 and Oppo Find X9 Pro. It also ships with a 20 MP selfie camera on the cover display and a 20 MP selfie shooter on the foldable panel.
Moving on, in terms of battery, the Find N6 is the biggest battery folding phone yet with a 6,000mAh capacity and it also comes with 80W fast USB-C charging and 50W wireless charging support. Oppo has also released a bunch of magnetic accessories for the phone to enable Q12 wireless charging since it lacks built-in magnets.
Aside from that, Find N6 features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, IPX5 + IPX6 + IPX7 rating, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, dual SIM 5G, NFC, GPS and satellite communication.

Oppo Find N6 Price and Availability
Pricing-wise, the Oppo Find N6 starts in China from 9,999 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 1,40,000) for the starting 12 GB + 256 GB variant. The phone will go on sale in the country next week and will be available in Deep Black, Original Titanium and Golden Orange colourways.
Additionally, the foldable flagship has also launched globally, but India availability is currently under wraps. However, we do believe that the Oppo Find N6 India launch is on the cards as OnePlus has taken a step back from launching foldables, so stay tuned.
