A few weeks back, Oppo unveiled the much-awaited Reno 15 series in China. The lineup brought the Reno 15 and the Reno 15 Pro. However, there has been no information regarding their global availability. That changes today with a new leak hinting at the global unveiling of the Reno 15 series.
Oppo Reno 15 series is reportedly heading to Vietnam
Tipster Paras Guglani via X shared what appears to be the marketing material for the Reno 15 series. The language used in the promo image is Vietnamese. This strongly suggests that outside of China, Oppo will launch the Reno 15 lineup first in Vietnam.

Interestingly, the promo image mentions a 7,000mAh battery capacity for the lineup. It is not immediately clear if this is coming inside the Reno 15 or the Reno 15 Pro. That is because the Reno 15 series in China does not bear any model with a 7,000mAh capacity.
The Reno 15 comes with a 6,200mAh battery while the Reno 15 Pro has a 6,500mAh cell inside. So, at the time of writing, it is hard to tell which exact model the promo is marketing. Aside from that one change, it looks like everything else will remain the same.

The global variants will get the same 50 MP selfie camera and the 3.5x telephoto lens, which we saw with the Reno 15 series in China. Aside from that, Guglani's post has not shared any other details regarding the other specs of the phones.
If other than the battery capacity, all details remain the same, expect the following specs to make their way to Vietnam:
Specifications | Oppo Reno 15 | Oppo Reno 15 Pro |
|---|---|---|
Display | 6.32-inch 1.5K 120 Hz AMOLED | 6.78-inch 1.5K 120 Hz AMOLED |
Processor | MediaTek Dimensity 8450 | MediaTek Dimensity 8450 |
Software | ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 | ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 |
Cameras | 200 MP main camera, 50 MP periscope and 50 MP ultra-wide lens | 200 MP main camera, 50 MP periscope and 50 MP ultra-wide lens |
That said, since Oppo has not officially confirmed the launch of the Reno 15 series in Vietnam, take this info with a grain of salt. We will be sure to update once official information is out.
