After multiple teasers and updates, Oppo has finally launched the Reno 15 series in China. The Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro bring some noteworthy upgrades like a 200 MP main camera, bigger batteries and more. Here's a quick rundown of the complete specifications, pricing and availability details of both phones.
Oppo Reno 15 series packs impressive hardware inside a familiar chassis
Kicking things off with the design, the Reno 15 series brings a look similar to the Reno 14 series. However, unlike the last-gen models, the back glass on the Oppo Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro is now cold-carved to give that seamless transition between the back and the camera deco.
Both phones feature a triple rear camera setup which resembles the iPhone 16 Pro a lot. Moreover, with the Starlight Bow option, Oppo says that it is using the industry's first holographic lithography design, which creates a bow-shaped pattern at the back.

At the front, both phones feature the same 1.5K 120 Hz 10-bit AMOLED display with ZReal Cinematic certification, 240 Hz Touch Sampling Rate and up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness. The panel on both smartphones are protected by the Oppo Crystal Shield Glass.
While the panels on both smartphones are the same, there are some actual differences between the two. For instance, the 6.32-inch screen of the Oppo Reno 15 gets an LTPS panel compared to the 6.78-inch LTPO display on the Oppo Reno 15 Pro.

Under the hood, both smartphones are powered by MediaTek processors. The standard Reno 15 and the Reno 15 Pro share the same Dimensity 8450 chipset. They can pack up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
Software-wise, the Reno 15 series ships with Android 16-based ColorOS 16 out of the box. This makes the Reno 15 lineup the first official ColorOS 16-supported Reno devices to launch. It brings several new features like Light Field Design, updated iconography, full-screen AOD, Flux Home Screen and more.

Talking about the cameras, both the Reno 15 and the Reno 15 feature identical camera specifications. Both gain a new 200 MP main camera sensor with OIS, a 50 MP ultra-wide angle lens with 112° Field of View and a 50 MP 3.5x periscope telephoto camera.
Even the selfie camera is the same at 50 MP. Both phones can record up to 4K @ 60 FPS videos from both the selfie and the rear cameras.

Coming to the battery and charging capabilities of the phones, while the Reno 15 features a 6,200mAh cell, the Reno 15 Pro takes it up a notch with a 6,500mAh capacity. Both of them also bring 80W fast USB-C charging and 55W PPS charging to the table.
Apart from that, the Reno 15 series brings an official IP66 + IP68 + IP69 rating, an in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, dual 5G SIM support and more.

Lastly, talking about their pricing, the standard Reno 15 starts from 2,999 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 38,000) for the 12 GB + 256 GB model. Meanwhile, the Reno 15 Pro begins at 3,699 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 46,200) for the same base variant.
Interested folks can purchase the Reno 15 in the Canelé Brown, Aurora Blue and Starlight Bow options. As for the Reno 15 Pro, it comes in the Canelé Brown, Honey Gold and Starlight Bow colourways.
