Oppo Reno 15C Key Details and Launch Date Tipped via Carrier Listing

Last month, Oppo made the all-new Reno 15 series official in China, with the Reno 15 and the Reno 15 Pro. At that time, the brand confirmed that the Reno 15C will also launch soon in China. Now, it looks like we know exactly when it is going to be official and with what specs. 

Oppo Reno 15C China launch set for next week

Tech publication Gizmochina managed to spot a China Telecom database listing of the Reno 15C in the wild. It has listed the phone with the PMD110 SKU and has revealed December 19, 2025 as the launch date of the smartphone.

Moreover, the listing has also revealed the design, key specs and other details of the smartphone. It features the same cold sculpted back panel with the iPhone 16 Pro-like camera deco design as that of the Reno 15 and the Reno 15 Pro. In fact, the Aurora Blue colourway that the listed phone bears makes it look a lot like the Reno 15.

In terms of the specs, the Reno 15C is said to sport a 6.59-inch 1.5K 120 Hz OLED display with 2760 x 1256 pixels resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner underneath. The smartphone is also said to gain a triple 50 MP rear camera setup with a 50 MP main, a 50 MP telephoto and a 50 MP ultra-wide angle lens. Even the selfie camera is a 50 MP shooter.

As per early rumours, the Reno 15C could make use of the Sony LYT-600 sensor for the main camera, while the telephoto and the ultra-wide lens will reportedly use the Samsung JN5 and Sony IMX335 sensors, respectively.

Performance-wise, the smartphone is said to rock the new Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor and ship with up to 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage. Expect the phone to run on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.

Aside from that, Reno 15C is likely going to pack a 6,500mAh battery with 80W fast USB-C charging support. It could also get backed by an official IP68 + IP69 rating.

That said, if the smartphone is indeed launching in China next week, expect official teasers to follow soon. Also, early speculations claim that the Reno 15C will be called the Reno 15 in India. This seems like an interesting move since the Reno 15 already exists. However, we will know more once the Reno 15C China launch officially concludes.
