After Samsung and Oppo, Realme has entered the price hike bandwagon with revised pricing for the Realme 15 and the newly launched Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ series in India. All three phones have received a minimum of Rs 3,000 and Rs 4,000 jump in price across all RAM and storage options
Realme 15 and Realme 16 Pro series just got more expensive in India
The development comes after an internal pricing document was leaked by reliable tipster, Abhishek Yadav on X. We were able to check the authenticity of this information and confirm that all three phones are now listed online with their revised pricing, effective from January 11, 2026.

As per the new pricing, the starting price of Reame 15 for the 8 GB + 128 GB has been increased from Rs 25,999 to Rs 29,999. Similarly, the 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB models have also been hiked from Rs 27,999 to Rs 30,999 and from Rs 29,999 to Rs 32,999, respectively.
As for the Realme 16 Pro, it now costs Rs 34,999 instead of Rs 31,999 for the 8 GB + 128 GB variant. For those looking to get the 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB options, they will now cost Rs 36,999 and Rs 39,999, respectively, instead of Rs 33,999 and Rs 36,999.
Lastly, the Realme 16 Pro+'s new price in India starts from Rs 43,999 instead of Rs 39,999 for 8 GB + 128 GB. It's 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB models now retail for Rs 45,999 and Rs 48,999 respectively, up from Rs 41,999 and Rs 44,999.
That said, we looked at other Realme phones and there doesn't seem to be any price hike there. At the time of writing, only the above-mentioned phones have gone costlier in India. We are not sure why Realme felt the need to hike the Realme 16 Pro series pricing since both phones launched in India in January 2026. They are fairly new and have already launched with a substantial jump over the Realme 15 series.
