Redmi Note 15 Pro and 15 Pro+ India launch likely on January 27
According to tipster Yogesh Brar, who shared the launch information with Smartprix, the Redmi Note 15 Pro and Note 15 Pro+ could launch in India on January 27, 2026. We already know their specifications, thanks to the Redmi Note 15 Pro series global launch.
Starting with the Redmi Note 15 Pro+, it features a 6.83-inch curved 1.5K AMOLED display, a 200 MP primary camera and an 8 MP ultrawide snapper. The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 and a 6,500mAh Silicon Carbon battery capable of charging at 100W.

As for the Redmi Note 15 Pro, it will feature a 6.83-inch flat 1.5K AMOLED display and swap the Qualcomm chip for a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset. Interestingly, the standard Pro packs a slightly larger 6,580mAh battery, though it steps down to 45W charging and a 20 MP selfie camera from a 32 MP unit on the Pro+.

Both Redmi smartphones are expected to run HyperOS 2 based on Android 15 out of the box. However, both phones are part of the HyperOS 3 supported devices list. Also, Redmi is promising 4 years of major OS updates and 6 years of security patches. Apart from that, both smartphones feature Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and IP69 protection for added durability.
Both the Redmi Note 15 Pro and Note 15 Pro+ come with 8 GB LPDDR4X base RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The colours Black and Glacier Blue are common between the two, but where the Pro gets Titanium and Mist Purple, the Pro+ gets an exclusive Mocha Brown colourway.
While information about the India pricing is currently unknown, we expect the Redmi Note 15 Pro to arrive for around Rs 26,000, while the Pro+ could be priced at around Rs 32,000. Redmi should reveal more information about the phones in the coming days, so stay tuned.
