Fresh on the heels of the latest Galaxy S27 series screen protector leak, the battery capacities for the Galaxy S27 Ultra and S27 Pro have now appeared online.
First spotted by Notebookcheck on the Safety Korea certification, the two batteries boast model numbers EB-BS958DBY and EB-BS957CBY. They're made by China-based Zhuhai CosMX Power Jinwan Subsidiary and belong to the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra and Galaxy S27 Pro, respectively.

Unfortunately, the exact capacities are not entirely legible in the newly leaked photos. Previous regulatory filings from China's 3C certification suggest the Galaxy S27 Ultra could get a 5,700mAh battery, while the Galaxy S27 Pro may get a 5,200mAh battery, which gives it more clarity.
If the information holds, this could be the largest battery found in an Ultra flagship in seven years. For those unaware, Samsung has stuck with a 5,000mAh battery since the Galaxy S20 Ultra.
To accommodate this 14% increase in capacity without making the smartphones thicker, Samsung is reportedly transitioning to advanced silicon-carbon battery technology. Charging-speed-wise, both smartphones could arrive with 60W wired fast-charging capabilities.

As for the other specifications, there's a lot up for debate at the moment. Rumours suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra may use Exynos 2700, while other industry insights say that the base Galaxy S27 could fall back to 8 GB of RAM due to the ongoing RAM crisis.
On the other hand, the existence of the Galaxy S27 Pro is still dangling in the air, with some leaks confirming its existence, while others make no mention of it.
However, more concrete specifications from more renowned tipsters should surface as we inch closer to the potential February 2027 launch, so stay tuned.
