  • It comes with a titanium watch casing, a 3nm processor and a new antioxidant sensor.
  • The Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) will retail from $649 (approximately Rs 56,000).

Alongside the Galaxy Watch 8 series, Samsung has also taken the veil off of the 2025 edition of its Galaxy Watch Ultra. It still is the most premium, advanced and durable smartwatch from Samsung and comes with a new antioxidant measuring index sensor this time around. Here is a detailed specification rundown of the Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) along with its pricing and availability details.

Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) Specifications and Features

Starting with the design and the build quality, the Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) features the same "cushion design" that we saw with the previous generation Galaxy Watch Ultra. The 2025 edition of the smartwatch is also using titanium for the watch casing.

It features an orange accented rotating bezel for the chronograph markings. The same orange colour is used to highlight the power button that doubles as a touch sensor, as well as the Quick Button. There is also a speaker and microphones on the smartwatch. The overall dimensions of the watch are 47.4 x 47.1 x 12.1mm and weighs 60.5 grams. Also, the new Ultra comes in a single 47mm size.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is made for rugged terrains and the overall build quality of the smartwatch projects the same. It is MIL-STD 810H military certified and can withstand extreme temperature fluctuations. Samsung claims that the smartwatch can function normally in temperatures as low as -20°C at up to 9,000 meters of altitude. The highest operating temperature is said to be 55°C. It is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.

Now, coming to the display, the Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) gets a 1.5-inch circular Super AMOLED display with up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness. It is protected by a layer of Sapphire Crystal Glass

Under the hood, there is "powerful, new" 3nm Samsung Exynos chipset with 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. Samsung has not mentioned the exact processor it is using at the time of writing.

The smartwatch also retains the 590mAh battery of its predecessor and supports 10W charging. The brand claims that the smartwatch can offer up to two days of battery life. Additionally, Samsung also claims that with the dedicated Power Saving Mode, the Galaxy Watch Ultra can even last for four continuous days.

In the sensors department, the smartwatch features a brand-new antioxidant measuring index sensor that can track and outline the ratio of fruits and vegetables in the diet. Samsung claims that this new sensor will prevent premature ageing and the risk of major health ailments in the future. A higher score will indicate a better overall diet and vice versa.

All the sensors onboard work in tandem to deliver the best health and wellness tracking on the market. And speaking of health and wellness features, there are a plethora of those from Samsung. Using the all new antioxidant sensor, the BioActive sensors and all the other built-in sensors, the Galaxy Watch Ultra offers precise health and wellness tracking.
