A few days back, Samsung made the much-awaited Galaxy Z TriFold official in South Korea. The debut tri-fold is yet to go on sale in the country and it will also be some time before it enters the global arena. However, ahead of that, we got a glimpse into the user manual that ships with the phone and what it contains.
Galaxy Z TriFold manual is the go-to user handbook
Posted by tipster Evan Blass on X, the 174-page document covers all the basics a first-time tri-fold user needs to know about the Galaxy Z TriFold. From turning the smartphone on and off to using multi-window and split-screen mode, the manual is a go-to handbook for everything Samsung has shipped with its debut tri-fold.

While for the most part it is exactly how a user manual should be, it does contain some interesting details as well. For instance, on page 56, Samsung has outlined the camera UI of the Galaxy Z TriFold. It contains the unfolded layout with camera control toggles on both the right and left sides for ease of use.
It resembles the Galaxy Z Fold 7 a lot, but the black bars on either side of the viewfinder are thicker since it comes with a 10-inch display. The same layout continues into the Gallery app as well.

Also, another page contains the cross-section of the smartphone in the unfolded state and it outlines all the components, buttons and other peripherals that are on the body of the tri-fold. From the top air vent hole to the light sensor inside the folding display, the manual makes sure that users are aware of their position.
That said, this is not a classified document on the Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold. It is the same manual that will ship to all the customers once the smartphone goes on sale. So, every Galaxy Z TriFold customer will receive this 174-page booklet with their brand-new smartphone. From the looks of it, the Galaxy Z TriFold is shaping up to easily get a top spot in our best foldable phones list.
