Samsung has announced all the features that'll be coming to Galaxy Watches with One UI 8 Watch update. The South Korean giant has launched One UI 8 Watch Beta program for select Galaxy Watches, which could roll out very soon.
The One UI 8 Watch beta registrations will soon be starting for users in the United States and South Korea. Users with Galaxy Watch 5 and above watches will be eligible. Samsung also mentions in its official post the new and upcoming features such as Bedtime Guidance, Vascular Load, Running Coach, and Antioxidant Index. One UI 8 Watch is expected to be based on Google's Wear OS 6.
Before diving into the specifics, let's look at the availability. Bedtime Guidance will be available on all One UI 8 Watch supported Galaxy Watches. However, Vascular Load is only supported on Galaxy Watch Ultra and “later Galaxy Watches”, which possibly means the upcoming Galaxy Watch 8 series. The same goes for Antioxidant Index. Running Coach will be available for Galaxy Watch 7 and above users.

Bedtime Guidance will analyse users' sleep patterns and encourage users by suggesting better bedtime habits to achieve an optimized sleep. It uses the past three days of sleep data and evaluates sleep pressure and circadian rhythm to suggest a bedtime that lets users get a good sleep. It's meant for those who have an irregular sleep cycle.
Vascular Load will only be available on the Watch Ultra and Watch 8 series and will help users determine the amount of stress on the vascular system during sleep. Running Coach will help users add and follow routines to aid in their exercise. It also offers motivation and real-time guidance, and the ability to create a training program based on their fitness levels.

Users can get a performance analysis and score on a scale of 1-10 when they run for 12 minutes with their Galaxy Watch. Based on this, the watch then generates a plan to help you complete an upcoming 5K and 10K marathons.
Lastly, for Antioxidant Index feature, the Galaxy Watch Ultra or above measures carotenoids found to give you an Antioxidant Index. Samsung says this only takes five seconds thanks to a BioActive Sensor.

One UI 8 Watch Beta Supported Devices
The Galaxy Watch 4 is excluded from the list as it has reached its end-of-life. That leaves us with the following supported devices:
- Galaxy Watch FE
- Galaxy Watch 5 / 5 Pro
- Galaxy Watch 6 / 6 Classic
- Galaxy Watch 7
- Galaxy Watch Ultra
Besides the new health features, One UI 8 Watch is also expected to bring many UI improvements. The overall user interface will be in-line with One UI 7 and the upcoming One UI 8 on Galaxy smartphones. Similarly, Samsung is also expected to launch the Galaxy Watch 8 series with a different design.
