The Tecno Pova 7 5G series is finally coming to India on July 4, 2025, at 12:00 PM IST. This series is expected to bring the Tecno Pova 7 5G, Pova 7 Pro 5G and the Pova 7 Ultra 5G to the subcontinent.

Tecno started teasing the series in India a while back with a dedicated Flipkart microsite. Now, this microsite has been updated to reveal the official launch date. A couple of features have also been confirmed, thanks to this microsite.

For starters, the brand has teased a "Delta Inspired Design" for the series, which brings an LED strip around the camera module. Now, this strip lights up for notifications, calls and a couple of other functions.

Moving on, as seen on phones like the recently launched budget Tecno Spark Go 2, the Pova 7 series will also bring the Ella AI assistant which will help users schedule tasks, summarise texts and more. Besides, it also supports multiple regional languages like Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada and more.

Now, this falls in line with the Tecno Pova 7 5G global launch, which revealed it all as well. The gamer-esque Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G stole the spotlight though, thanks to its impressive specs sheet. We can expect the Indian variant to arrive with similar specs. With that said, here's a quick rundown of the Pova 7 Ultra's key specifications:

  • MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate
  • Up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB UFS 3.1 storage
  • 6,000 mAh battery, 70W fast charging, 30W wireless charging
  • 6.78-inch 1.5k 144 Hz AMOLED display, 4,500 nits peak brightness
  • 108 MP AI primary rear camera
  • Dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos

Now, while the Pova Curve 5G launched globally too, it already launched in India last month. With that said, we do expect to hear more details from the brand in the coming days. So, stay tuned to Beebom Gadgets.
