Vivo T4 Ultra Launched in India with a 50 MP Periscope Camera

The Vivo T4 Ultra has gone official in India today, on June 11, 2025. The device features a 50 MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto sensor and the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, among other things. With that said, let's take a look at the Vivo T4 Ultra's full specifications, pricing and availability details. 

Vivo T4 Ultra Specifications and Features

The biggest highlight of the Vivo T4 Ultra is its triple camera setup with a 50 MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS at the helm. Additionally, Vivo has thrown in a 50 MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom and 10x macro zoom. The third camera is an 8 MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture. For selfies, there is a 32 MP punch-hole selfie shooter with an f/2.4 aperture. 

Talking about the display, there is a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz quad-curved AMOLED display that offers 100% DCI-P3 wide colour gamut coverage. This panel can reach up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness while playing HDR content.

Vivo is using Schott's Xensation α glass to offer a layer of durability to the display. However, there is no word on the protection for the rear glass cover. The device is also slim at 7.45 mm and weighs 192 grams.

Under the hood, the Vivo T4 Ultra features the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, which can be paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Vivo has also integrated a 4362 mm² vapour chamber that to help maintain better thermals. 

Additionally, a 5,500mAh lithium-ion battery fuels the device. As for charging speeds, the device can charge at up to 90W. Further, the brand claims that the bundled charger can top the smartphone off in 48 minutes.

Coming to the software, the T4 Ultra ships with Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. Vivo is promising 3 years of software support and 4 years of security updates for the device. And apart from the usual customisation options like dynamic wallpapers and widgets, Funtouch OS 15 also has AI sprinkled here and there. Features like AI Transcript and AI Note Assist are some of them.

On the connectivity front, the T4 Ultra gets dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and NFC. Other noteworthy features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance, 12 GB of virtual RAM expansion, stereo speakers, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port.

Vivo T4 Ultra Sale Date and Price In India

Vivo has set the starting price of the T4 Ultra at Rs 37,999 for the 8 GB + 256 GB variant. Meanwhile, the 12 GB + 256 GB and the 12 GB + 512 GB variants will cost Rs 39,999 and Rs 41,999, respectively. Here's a quick rundown of it all:

As for colour options, buyers can choose from the the Phoenix Gold and Meteor Grey colourways. 

Buyers can also get a Rs 3,000 discount on SBI Bank, HDFC Bank and Axis Bank cards. Additionally, there is also an exchange bonus of Rs 5,000 alongside no-cost EMI options of up to 9 months. 

The device will go on sale via Flipkart and the Vivo India official website starting June 18, 2025, from 12:00 PM onwards. Additionally, Vivo will also make the T4 Ultra available in the offline market via brand-authorised retail outlets.
