After teasing the smartphone for quite some time, Vivo has finally unveiled the V60e in India. The Vivo V60e follows the brand's "V" series mantra with a strong emphasis on cameras, while making it accessible at a competitive price point. Let's take a deep dive into the specifications, pricing and availability details of the phone.
Vivo V60e packs an impressive 200 MP primary rear camera
As it is already evident, the cameras on the Vivo V60e undoubtedly take centre stage. This is the first time Vivo has managed to pack an impressive 200 MP ultra-large 1.56-inch main sensor on a V series phone. It offers up to 30x "super zoom" support, brings OIS to the table and can double as an 85mm telephoto lens.

The V60e is a dual camera smartphone and hence, the primary lens is complemented by an 8 MP 120° ultra-wide angle lens and an Aura Ring Light for low light portrait shots. At the front, there is a 50 MP selfie camera with Auto Focus support and up to 92° Field of View for wider selfies. However, unlike the elder sibling, Vivo V60, the phone misses out on the Zeiss Optics branding.
Another area where the Vivo V60e shines is in the display department. It features a 6.77-inch Full HD+ 120 Hz quad curved AMOLED panel with support for 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut and up to 1,600 nits of local peak brightness.
The display is also HDR10+ certified for video playback and brings an official Blue Light certification from SGS. There's also Diamond Shield Glass protection on top and the screen is encased within a 7.49 mm chassis. The phone is also lightweight at 190 grams.

Even though the smartphone is under 8mm in thickness and doesn't weigh as much, the brand has managed to fit a 6,500mAh battery inside. It is backed by 90W fast USB-C charging and bypass charging support.
The smartphone also features a dual IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance rating for comprehensive protection. It is also drop and shock-resistant, with an official military-grade certification.

Coming to the performance, the Vivo V60e is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo chipset, which is backed by up to 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. For effective thermal management, there is also a 16,470 mm² vapour chamber cooling module inside the V60e.
On the software side of things, the V60e ships with Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 out of the box. It features several AI-based features like AI Captions, Google Gemini support, AI Image Expander and more. Most importantly, Vivo is promising 3 years of major OS updates and 5 years of security patches for the smartphone.
In terms of connectivity, there is dual-SIM 5G support, Bluetooth 5.4, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC and an Infrared sensor. The Vivo V60e also features an in-display fingerprint scanner for security and stereo speakers for improved multimedia experience.
