Vivo has finally confirmed the V70 FE launch date in India and it's scheduled for next week, on April 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST. The phone will be made available to purchase via Amazon, as a dedicated microsite on the e-commerce platform suggests.
Now, thanks to this very microsite, we also know a bunch of its key details. From the looks of it, the Indian variant of the phone will be similar to the global Vivo V70 FE that launched in Indonesia earlier this month.
Vivo V70 FE Specifications and Features
The Vivo V70 FE will arrive in a dark blue and pink colourway, with what the brand is calling its first "Dark Glow Technology." Put simply, some distinct textures on the phone's back panel seemingly glow in the dark. The phone is also quite durable with an IP68 and IP69 rating, which the brand claims can offer 48 hours of rain resistance and 120 minutes of soaking in 1.5 metres of water.
On the camera front, things get quite a bit exciting, with a 200 MP primary "Ultra-High Resolution" rear shooter, backed by a "self-developed OIS system" and CIPA 4.0 Ultra Stabilisation. This main camera is paired with an 8 MP 120° FOV ultra-wide lens and at the front, there's a 50 MP selfie shooter. Additionally, the cameras are backed by AI Magic Weather, 30x Super Zoom and Super Motion Snapshot features.
Powering it all will be a massive 7,000mAh battery, coupled with 90W FlashCharge fast charging support that can charge it fully in about an hour. As per Vivo, this capacity can deliver 43.8 hours of YouTube video playback.
The Vivo V70 FE also features a 6.83-inch 1.5K 120 Hz AMOLED display that's backed by HDR10+ certification. There are "symmetrical dual stereo speakers" to take advantage of as well, for a more immersive multimedia experience.
On the software front, the phone will run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 right out of the box. Some highlight features include Drag & Go, One Tap Transfer and the Vivo Office Kit.
As for the Vivo V70 FE price in India, it could start between Rs 35,000 and Rs 40,000. With the launch less than a week away, we won't have to wait for long to know all the details, so stay tuned!
