Vivo isn't finished with its V60 series, as the firm recently launched the V60e. However, it seems like the company is already laying the groundwork for its next devices. The first device from the V70 series has appeared on the Bluetooth certification website, confirming the successors to its latest devices.
Vivo V70 Lite could launch in both 4G and 5G variants
Spotted first by folks over at The Tech Outlook, Vivo V70 Lite has appeared on the Bluetooth certification website with model number V2549. It was previously also spotted at the FCC in August 2025, confirming that it will be an affordable 4G handset with support for dual-band Wi-Fi, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.

Vivo recently unveiled the V60 Lite in both 4G and 5G SKUs. Therefore, it's possible that the V70 Lite could also come in a 5G variant. It's worth noting that the listing doesn't directly imply that the device is coming very soon. Rather, it signifies that these are the initial embers of the existence of the upcoming V-series phone.
For those unaware, the V60 Lite 4G features Snapdragon 685 alongside 8 GB RAM and 256 GB UFS 2.2 storage. Powering the internals is a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging.

We expect the V70 Lite 4G to feature similar specifications with a handful of changes at best. As for the launch date, since Vivo recently launched the V60 Lite, we expect its successor to arrive in the second quarter of 2026.
It's worth noting that if the device lands in the second half of 2026, chances are, it will come with Origin OS 6 features out of the box.
More information about its specifications should drop as we inch closer to launch. Stay tuned as we will cover every new detail that surfaces.
