Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro global variant lands on Geekbench
First spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro has been spotted on Geekbench with the SKU Xiaomi 25091RP04G. This is said to be the model number of the global variant of the tablet. It has managed to achieve 2,940 points in the single-core test and 8,759 points in the multi-core test. The tablet has also earned an OpenCL score of 17,657 points.

As for the processor, the listing mentions an octa-core chipset with 6 cores clocked at 3.53 GHz and 2 cores clocked at 4.32 GHz. Given how familiar the CPU architecture is, there is no doubt that we are looking at the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from 2024. This doesn't come as a surprise since the Chinese model also rocks the same SoC.
As for the tablet's other details, we expect the global unit to rock the same peripherals as its Chinese counterpart. Yadav's post has also reiterated the same. Here is what the Xiaomi Pad 8 will come with globally:
- 11.2-inch 2K 144 Hz LCD display with Dolby Vision and 100% DCI-P3
- Snapdragon 8 Elite processor
- Up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage
- 50 MP rear and 32 MP front cameras
- 9,200mAh battery with 67W fast USB-C charging
- HyperOS 3.0 based on Android 16
- Quad speakers, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, infrared sensor, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C 3.2 Gen 1
That said, the above-mentioned specifications are purely based on the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro in China. At the time of writing, we are not sure when it will hit the global markets or if it will come to India.
