Madhav Sheth-backed smartphone brand Ai+ has launched quite a few phones in India. It also recently ventured into wearables with smartwatches and TWS. The brand has been teasing the arrival of its next smartphone series, the Nova 2 5G series. It has now confirmed the official launch date as well as the phone models.
Ai+ Nova 2 5G and Nova 2 Ultra 5G Launching in Second Week of April
CEO of Ai+ Smartphone, Madhav Sheth, took to his official X handle to share the official launch date of Ai+ Nova 2 5G and Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G smartphones in India. Both are launching on April 9, 2026 and will differentiate themselves in terms of the design.
For starters, the Ai+ Nova 2 5G will come in Purple, Pink, Blue, Green and Black colourways and will feature a clean and minimal back panel. It will bring a squirlce camera deco at the top left corner and will boast a red-accented power button.
Nova 2 Ultra 5G, on the other hand, is not going for a subtle look. It will feature a large circular RGB LED light strip at the centre, cut into five interactive halves. It will be able to glow in red, green, blue and yellow shades and will serve as indicators for calls, messages, music and more. The phone will also gain a dual rear camera setup inside a pill-shaped island and will come in Purple, White, Red, Green and Black colourways.
In terms of specifications, the brand has not shared anything on that front yet. Based on the Ai+ Nova 5G, we can expect the Nova 2 5G to target the sub Rs 10,000 price segment, while the Nova 2 Ultra 5G could launch for under Rs 15,000.
