Apple will be launching its iPhone 17 series later this year, and we already have seen a ton of rumours about its upcoming design changes. A new piece of information has now surface online that sheds light on the different colours that the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air could be available in.
According to a leaker Yeux1122 on Korean-based Naver blog, the iPhone 17 will be available in at five different colourways while the iPhone 17 Air could be made in at least four colour variants. The leaker has shared the names of colours based on the shades of the camera rings for the different offerings.
The standard model of the iPhone 17 is thus expected to be available in these colours - blue, silver, black, green, and purple. The latter two have already appeared in a render shared by Majin Bu last month. As you can see in the image below, the colours on the outer portion of the camera protector rings give us a glimpse of what the iPhone 17 colours could be like.

In another image, the leaker has shared a similar photo of the camera rings on the iPhone 17 Air, revealing the colours of Apple's upcoming slimmest phone. Going by the looks, the Air model could be available in silver, light gold, black, and light blue colours.

One thing that's noticeable from these images is that the finish on the camera rings on the iPhone 17 Air appear to be shinier than on the iPhone 17. This could be possibly down to the different camera modules and their finishes on the two variants. The iPhone 17 is expected to retain a similar vertical pill-shaped module for the dual cameras while the 17 Air could feature a horizontal pill that extends to the width of the device at the top.
