Apple is reportedly ready to replace their discontinued "FineWoven" cases with an improved series of fabric "TechWoven" cases for the iPhone 17 lineup, and a new leak now reveals the upcoming cases in potential colours.
Prominent leaker Majin Bu has shared images of the alleged TechWoven cases for the iPhone 17 series in five different colours – black, blue, green, purple and orange.

The colours on these cases are somewhat toned-down and all the leaked cases have a wide camera cutout at the top, indicating that they're designed for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. However, the leaker claims they might also be available for the standard iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air.
The TechWoven cases are expected to be the successor to FineWoven series with denser and "slightly textured weave" for better durability and susceptibility to scratches. But if you inspect closely, the blue case already shows some sign of wear around the bottom right side. It's possible that it might just be a speck of dust, but it reiterates the same problems that were evident with FineWoven cases.

The report mentions that the upcoming cases will feature openings for a lanyard cable and support for MagSafe and Camera Control button. A side shot of the TechWoven cases also reveal contrasting metallic buttons that will offer "improved tactile feedback".
It's unclear whether the TechWoven cases will launch alongside the upcoming iPhone 17 series on September 9, 2025 but with just weeks to go, we'll know more about them soon.
