Display specifications of Apple's next-generation iPhone 20 Pro series have surfaced online. The leak reveals everything from the screen size to the display resolution, pointing to notable changes.
According to a post from reputable tipster Digital Chat Station, the iPhone 20 Pro may boast a 6.41-inch display with a 2686 x 1236 pixel resolution, whereas the iPhone 20 Pro Max could arrive with a 6.96-inch 2912 x 1340 resolution display.
Previous iPhone 20 Pro display rumours suggested Apple was embracing a nearly bezel-less design for iPhone's 20th anniversary. The information from DCS seems to confirm this. Besides, Apple is seemingly planning to shrink the Dynamic Island further.
The "boundless four-surface design" could be a quad-curved glass aesthetic, and the smaller Dynamic Island could arrive as a result of Apple moving the IR camera under the display. iPhone 18 Pro's Dynamic Island was also shrunk this way.
The increase in display size of the iPhone 20 Pro series could be a direct result of shrinking the bezels and not because of a physical increase in size. For those unaware, the iPhone 18 Pro features a 6.3-inch panel, whereas the iPhone 18 Pro Max houses a 6.9-inch unit.
Prior information from Mark Gurman revealed that the iPhone 20 Pro may arrive with a micro-curved OLED display. He further revealed that the phones will launch alongside the second-generation iPhone Duo. Speaking of which, Gurman also namedropped iPhone Duo Max, alongside 16 other products.
The iPhone 20 Pro series is still a year away, and we don't have enough information about its potential specifications and features. However, more information about the series should surface as we transition into 2027, so stay tuned.
