The iQOO 15 is all set to launch later in 2025, since the brand has already started teasing the phone. Now, a new leak has surfaced online, revealing some of the key details of the iQOO 15.
Tipster Digital Chat Station took to Weibo to give us an early glimpse into the iQOO 15's internals. The upcoming iQOO flagship is said to feature a 6.8-inch 2K flat Samsung-made display. While the post has not mentioned the display type and refresh rate, going by the 2024 iQOO 13 display, we can expect the device to bring a 144 Hz AMOLED panel.

Underneath, the device is expected to feature the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, which is currently rumoured to be known as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The leaker claims that the SoC will get paired with a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery. It is also said to bring 100W USB-C charging to the table.
On the optics front, the leaker believes that the smartphone will feature a 50 MP main camera unit with a 1/1.5-inch sensor. It will reportedly get paired with another 50 MP periscope telephoto camera lens. Now, while the current post does not mention a third camera, a previous leak hinted at a triple 50 MP rear camera unit. Hence, we expect a 50 MP ultra-wide angle lens to complete the rear camera setup on the iQOO 15.

Apart from this, the post mentions an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers and a 16 GB + 1 TB RAM and storage configuration for the iQOO 15. As for the other details, previous leaks have mentioned a dedicated gaming chipset with the iQOO 15 similar to what we saw in the iQOO 13 (Supercomputing Chip Q2).
That said, since the iQOO 15 naming was officially confirmed, expect the brand to start teasing the key details of the smartphone soon. Since it is tipped to arrive in October 2025, expect official materials to emerge online from this month itself.
