iQOO has been branching its flagship lineup out with the iQOO 15 series, and the all-new iQOO 15T launch was confirmed for China last week. Now, the brand has revealed the exact launch date of the phone and has also given us our first look at its design.
iQOO 15T China Launch Set for May 20
The official iQOO 15T landing page has been updated to reflect May 20, 2026, at 16:00 CST (or 4:30 PM IST) as the launch date and time for the smartphone. It will be joined by the iQOO Pad 6 Pro (rebranded Vivo Pad 6 Pro) and the iQOO TWS 5i.

Alongside the launch date, iQOO has also given us our first official look at the design of the iQOO 15T. The phone closely resembles the newly launched iQOO 15 Ultra with its textured camera ring and camera module design. However, the back panel look is borrowed from the iQOO 15 Apex Edition, with its red, silver and blue accented splash of colours. The frame is made out of brushed aluminium, with the power and volume buttons on the right side, the USB-C port and a speaker grille at the bottom.
iQOO 15T Specifications (Leaked)
While no detail about the iQOO 15T have been officially revealed yet, multiple leaks have shed light into what to expect from the smartphone. The recent iQOO 15T China telecom listing confirmed that the phone will bring a 6.8-inch 2K 144 Hz AMOLED display.
It is also said to feature the flagship Dimensity 9500 chipset and boast a massive 8,000mAh battery with 100W fast USB-C charging support. Moreover, it is also expected to become the first iQOO number series phone to feature a whopping 200 MP main camera sensor. It will also likely feature iQOO's V3 gaming chip and run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
The phone is expected to be available in five RAM and storage configurations - 8 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 512 GB, 16 GB + 256 GB and 16 GB + 512 GB. That said, while there is no official evidence of these specs being true, with the launch event scheduled for next week, we won't have to wait long to know for sure. So, stay tuned.
