The iQOO 15T is set to launch sometime later this month, with pre-orders for the phone already open in China. Still, the company has not revealed what the phone will look like, keeping it closely under wraps. However, thanks to a leak in China Telecom's database, we now have a more detailed list of specifications for the iQOO 15T as well as some images.
iQOO 15T Will Reportedly Pack a 2K OLED Panel and 8,000mAh Battery
According to the images spotted in China Telecom's database, the iQOO 15T looks very similar to the iQOO 15 Ultra launched earlier this year with a transparent camera housing and a plain design. As for specifications, the phone will come with a large 6.82-inch 2K OLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate.

We already know that the iQOO 15T will be powered by the Dimensity 9500 processor, thanks to an earlier leak. However, a recent post by industry tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo suggests that the phone will launch with a new special "Monster" edition of the chipset. This will be paired with iQOO's V3 gaming chip and run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The post also shared gaming benchmarks for the iQOO 15T playing Genshin Impact for 30 minutes at 60 FPS with extreme settings in a 26°C room temperature. In this environment, the phone reportedly delivered 60.2 FPS with a 1% low frame rate of 57.8 FPS and a minimum of 58 FPS with 4.99W of power consumption.
iQOO 15T could also come with a 16 MP front-facing camera and a 200 MP main + 50 MP dual camera setup. We could also see a massive 8,000 mAh battery with 100W wired charging support, although wireless charging might not be supported.
The phone will be available in 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB as per the leaked details. It is shaping up to be an interesting phone, catered towards gamers, but we will find out more about its pricing and availability once it launches in China.
