iQOO has finally launched its newest "Neo 11" series phone in China – the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra. This is the brand's first "Ultra" branded Neo smartphone, and it positions itself as the top-of-the-line model, right above the iQOO Neo 11 that launched in China in October 2025.

Right off the bat, the immediately noticeable aspect of the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is its design. The biggest change has been the camera module, which takes up a horizontal pill-shaped design.
Compared to the iQOO Neo 11, the brand has taken the vertical pill-shaped camera module from the younger sibling and flipped it for the Neo 11 Ultra. The phone comes in three colour options: Ride the Wind, Shadow Black and Chi Guangbai.

Software-wise, the phone ships with OriginOS 6 out of the box based on Android 16. It brings a new transparent UI, Blue River Smooth Engine, updated Atomic Island, notification and widget stacking, cross-ecosystem connectivity and several AI features.
At the front, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra features a 6.83-inch 2K 144 Hz flat LTPS AMOLED display. The phone uses Visionox F2 luminescent material and can reach a whopping 2,000 nits of peak brightness.
