Lava is all set to increase smartphone prices in India by up to Rs 3,000 starting in November 2026. The price revision will apply across its smartphone portfolio and comes amid the RAM crisis.
Lava Phones to Get Costlier by up to Rs 3,000
Lava has confirmed that the revised pricing will take effect on November 15, 2026, and apply to its smartphones sold through online platforms and offline retail stores across India.
However, the company hasn't revealed the exact price increase for individual models or variants. The hike will be capped at Rs 3,000, meaning not every smartphone will receive the same price increase.
Explaining the decision, Lava said:
In the current industry environment, ongoing memory shortages have necessitated a price revision of up to ₹3,000 across our smartphone portfolio, effective 15th November, 2026. Consumers looking to upgrade their devices have a strong opportunity at this moment, as our products are currently available at festive prices across leading e-commerce platforms and offline retail network. We would encourage customers to take advantage of the ongoing offers, before the revision comes into effect.
So, if you were planning on getting a Lava phone, now is the perfect time to do so before the hike. Not to mention that festive sales are currently live and there are quite a few deals on Lava phones that you can grab on both Amazon and Flipkart:
| Lava Phone | Regular Price in India | Festive Sale Price | Platform |

| Lava Bold N4 Lite | Rs 8,399 | Rs 7,549 (10% discount) | Amazon |
| Lava Bold 2 5G | Rs 12,999 | Rs 12,249 (6% discount) | Amazon |

| Lava Gem Power+ | Rs 1,759 | Rs 1,699 (3.4% discount) | Amazon |
| Lava Hero Shakti 2026 | Rs 956 | Rs 899 (6% discount) | Amazon |
Note: The prices listed in the above table are the starting prices of the phones.
Lava's announcement doesn't come as a surprise, since there has undoubtedly been a big impact of the ongoing memory shortage on India's smartphone market. Our smartphone price hike tracker is good proof of it.
As a result, timing is everything now and you should consider buying a smartphone sooner rather than later if you've been planning an upgrade. With more brand potentially revising their price (Ai+ increased phone prices again recently as well), waiting too long could mean paying a little extra for the same phone.
