Mivi has confirmed that its first smartphone, the Mivi One 5G, will feature a 50 MP + dual-camera setup, although the exact sensors and the purpose of the secondary camera remain under wraps.
In its official press release, Mivi teased the setup with the tagline "A dual camera with main character energy...". Meanwhile, the accompanying poster reveals what appears to be an unusual internal lens design alongside the "50 MP + Dual Camera" text.

The post doesn't elaborate further on what kind of camera sensor to expect or what the secondary sensor could be. However, we expect the secondary snapper to be an auxiliary lens or a depth sensor, like most smartphones in the budget segment.
Mivi has already revealed the One 5G's design and its colourways on its Flipkart microsite. The phone can be seen with a vertical camera island hosting two camera sensors alongside an LED flash.

Besides cameras, other confirmed specifications include 128 GB of storage and an unknown Snapdragon processor. However, a recent Mivi One 5G Geekbench listing suggests the phone could boast a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset.
The phone is confirmed to arrive in Green, Purple and Pink colourways. The Mivi One 5G launch date in India is confirmed for September 24, 2026. More details should surface as we inch closer to launch, so stay tuned.
