Moto g87 Just Leaked in Full Before Launch: Here Is Everything We Know

Motorola has been prepping for the launch of its newest flagship foldables. The last time we saw the brand launch a proper mid-range smartphone was at the start of 2026 with the Moto g67 and Moto g77. However, it looks like Motorola will soon break the mid-range silence and launch the Moto G87 as it has surfaced online in multiple leaks.

Thanks to a combination of live support pages on Motorola's official website and an early listing by Epto, the unannounced Moto g87 has almost entirely been detailed ahead of its launch. The new information reveals key details about the phone's key specifications and pricing.

The official support pages on Motorola highlight the smartphone's hybrid SIM card slot and instructions about how to insert a SIM card or an SD card. The manual also states that the phone supports up to 2 TB of expandable storage, alongside the design of the G87 from the back, confirming an in-display fingerprint reader.

More concrete specifications come from an Italian retailer Epto, which briefly listed the Moto g87 for sale. According to the listing, the phone may arrive with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage and was listed for 406.89 euros (approximately Rs 45,000).

Besides the storage, the colour roster of the Moto g87 appears to be much larger. Upon extracting the system wallpapers from the phone, the assets suggest colours like Overture and Blue Atoll, alongside Pantone-certified shades like Arctic Seal, Black Olive, Nile and Shaded Spruce.

As for the other key specifications, earlier sightings of the smartphone suggested an MT6835 processor, which is a codename for a Dimensity 6000 series processor. It could be either the Dimensity 6300 or the Dimensity 6400 processor.

Since this is one of the first Moto g87 leaks in the wild, information about other key specifications is currently unknown. However, considering the manual and retail information have already appeared, we can expect the phone to launch very soon and the info to be revealed subsequently. Stay tuned!
