Lenovo-owned Motorola is all set to soon join the 2025 slim phone trend with the Moto X70 Air. Ahead of its official launch, the official pre-order page for the phone has gone live, revealing its price in China.
Motorola has listed the X70 Air on the Lenovo Mall website and JD.com in China. The phone is now up for pre-order in the country, starting from 2,399 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 30,000) for the 12 GB + 256 GB variant. There is also a 12 GB + 512 GB model and it costs 2,899 Chinese yuan (approximately Rs 36,000).

Both the RAM and storage options are available to book in the Pantone-curated Gadget Grey, Lily Pad and Bronze Green colour options. Hence, even before the Moto X70 Air China launch on October 31, 2025, the price, colour options and specifications of the smartphone are officially out.
Moto X70 Air will be 5.99mm thick and weigh just 159 grams
As it is already evident, the Moto X70 Air aims to take on the likes of Apple and Samsung in terms of thinness. At just 5.99mm, the smartphone will become one of the slimmest phones in the segment. It is also going to be lightweight at 159 grams.
Moreover, as revealed by the official Moto X70 Air listing in China, it has been revealed to feature a 4,800mAh battery with 68W fast charging and 15W wireless charging support. On the display front, the phone will feature a 6.7-inch pOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the upcoming phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
As for software, the smartphone will run on Android 16-based Hello UI. Apart from that, the phone will also sport a 50 MP main camera, 50 MP selfie shooter and IP68 + IP69 rating.
That said, since the official launch is only a few days away, we shall know all the official details shortly. The smartphone will launch as the Motorola Edge 70 in the global markets and in India. So, expect to see the smartphone land in the country very soon.
