Motorla has launched a new Edge 70 Fusion+ smartphone out of the blue. It is only currently available in Brazil and is the exact same phone as that of the recently launched Edge 70 Fusion. However, the "Plus" model offers a better camera setup.

Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ Specifications and Features

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ features the same 6.78-inch 1.5K 144 Hz quad-curved 10-bit AMOLED display as that of the Edge 70 Fusion. It even boasts HDR10+ support, 5,200 nits peak brightness and Gorilla Glass 7i protection.

Even in terms of design, both look identical with their nylon and linen-inspired textured finishes and the large squircle camera deco at the top-left corner. The Edge 70 Fusion+ also comes in Pantone Blue Surf and Pantone Country Air colourways.

Under the hood, the Edge 70 Fusion+ is powered by the same Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, paired with 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256 GB of storage. On the software side of things, the phone runs on Android 16-based Hello UI out of the box and is set to receive 3 years of software updates.

It is only when we talk about the cameras that the difference between the two phones becomes clear. While it packs the same 50 MP Sony LYT-710 primary rear camera, the Edge 70 Fusion+ gets upgraded to a 50 MP ultra-wide angle lens instead of the 13 MP unit on the Edge 70 Fusion. There is also a 50 MP selfie camera now instead of a 32 MP shooter.

Aside from that, the phone also packs the same 7,000mAh battery with 68W fast USB-C charging, IP68 + IP69 rating, MIL-STD-810H standard certification, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, GPS, dual-SIM 5G and more.

As for pricing, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ is available to purchase via the Motorola Brazil website in a single 12 GB + 256 GB model that costs 2,969 Brazilian dollars (approximately Rs 52,500).
