Motorola is apparently gearing to launch a new premium mid-range phone, the Edge 70 Pro+, as it has now surfaced online in a fresh set of leaked renders. It gives us our first detailed look at the design wrapped in distinct Pantone-backed colours.
Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ Design and Colour Options Leaked
A new post shared by tipster Evan Blass has revealed the upcoming Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ in three new colourways - maroon, teal and wood. While the leaker has not mentioned the official names of these colourways, thanks to a previous Motorola Edge 70 Pro leaked design report, we know that Pantone Zinfandel is the alleged official name of the maroon colour options. This also confirms the fact that the leaked Edge 70 Pro renders were, in fact, the leaked design of the Edge 70 Pro+ variant.

Moreover, all three colour options bring a different choice of material, a trend Motorola has been following religiously since the Edge 50 series. For instance, while the Pantone Zinfandel options bring a brushed and polished back, the teal variant is more textured, fabric-like, similar to the Pantone Blue Surf option of the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion.
Similarly, the wood-textured back option is reminiscent of the Pantone Walnut option for the Motorola Edge 60 Pro. In terms of design, the brand has been going for a unified look lately, across all its models for different price segments. Hence, the Edge 70 Pro+ looks identical to the Motorola Edge 70 Pro, but with newer colour options and material choices.
In terms of the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ specifications, we do not know much. However, given that the only difference between the Edge 70 Fusion and the Edge 70 Fusion+ was in the camera department, we can expect a similar small upgrade with the Edge 70 Pro+ over the Edge 70 Pro. That said, with the Edge 70 Pro India launch set for April 22, 2026, the brand could reveal a couple of key details about the Pro+ then. So, stay tuned.
