Summary

  • Motorola Edge 70 Swarovski Edition officially announced with Pantone Colour of the Year, Cloud Dancer.
  • The velvet leather back is studded with 14 Swarovski crystals and comes with a crystal hanging chain.
  • Motorola Edge 70 key specs include 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and 4,800mAh battery.

After launching the Edge 70 in Europe, Motorola has started teasing its ultra-sleek smartphone for India as well. While more details on that are awaited, the brand announced the arrival of a Swarovski edition of the smartphone.

Motorola Edge 70 is getting a facelift with Swarovski Crystals and a new Pantone hue

The Motorola Edge 70 Swarovski Edition is the latest member of the brand’s “Brilliant Collection”, in partnership with Swarovski. It features a leather-inspired back panel in the Pantone Colour of the Year 2026, Cloud Dancer hue.

It features the shiny Motorola logo in the middle and 14 precisely hand-positioned Swarovski crystals across the back. There is also a single 26-facet crystal present at the tip of the detachable silver chain that comes with the smartphone. The brand claims that the uber-premium crystals add "an ethereal touch that allows creativity to breathe and focus to deepen, bringing peace back to our pockets, palms, and digital lives."

Specifications-wise, the Motorola Edge 70 Swarovski Edition doesn't bring any change there. It is the same smartphone which launched in Europe a few weeks back. So, here is a quick recap of the smartphone's key details for reference:

  • 6.7-inch 1.5K 120 Hz 10-bit pOLED display with 4,500 nits peak brightness
  • Gorilla Glass 7i protection
  • Android 16-based Hello UI
  • 4,800mAh battery with 68W fast USB-C and 15W wireless charging
  • 50 MP triple rear cameras
  • 50 MP selfie camera
  • IP68 + IP69 rating

That said, the Edge 70 India launch is also happening soon. We don't know at the time of writing exactly when. As for the Edge 70 Swarovski Edition, Motorola is yet to announce the smartphone's availability, pricing and release time. Given the Moto Razr 60 Swarovski Edition launched in India, there is a high chance the Edge 70 variant will arrive in the country as well. So, stay tuned for more details.
