In just a few days, Nothing is ready to expand its audio lineup with its first over-ear headphones – the Nothing Headphone (1). And today, ahead of the scheduled launch, the Headphone (1) design has leaked in all its glory.
Thanks to the Nothing Fan Blog Instagram handle, we now have live images of the upcoming headphone. The upcoming headphones have been showcased to arrive in the White and Black colour options. As for the design, it has a very industrial-esque design language that thoughtfully combines transparency.

The design looks clean and minimal, but still has a lot going on, especially on the ear cups. It has a three-part design with the ear cushions, the squircle mid-plate and the main oval outer transparent module.
The main module seems to be made out of transparent plastic. Meanwhile the mid-plate looks to be made out of aluminium and has a lot of buttons. There is even what seems like the Essential Key, which we saw on the Nothing Phone (3a) series and the CMF Phone (2) Pro.
This button appears to be on the back side of the ear plate, just above what appears to be the volume up and down button. Nothing treats the oval casing around the ear cushions as its design canvas. At first glance, it looks as if a cassette player has been embedded within the ear cups. It has the Nothing Headphone (1) branding, which doesn't seem etched. It is on the right earcup, as is evident from the red dot.

Further, the head arch comes with a cushioned foam which will allow the headphones to rest comfortably and firmly on the head. The length of the arch is also adjustable, from the looks of it.
At the bottom, there is the 3.5mm headphone jack for wired connectivity, an USB Type-C port and a microphone. There seems to be a slider as well, which can either be a physical toggle to switch the headphones on and off, or just a physical ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) toggle.
Not much seems to be going on in the left earcup in terms of buttons and ports. However, the lone "Sound by KEF" branding is quite evident. If these images are indeed as real as they seem, this makes the Headphone (1) the first product out of Nothing to be made in partnership with KEF.
The live images also fall in line with the promotional images that @EqualLeaks showcased on X very recently.
Apart from this, we know almost nothing about the core specifications of the Headphone (1). However, it will likely rival the Apple AirPods Max, as Nothing revealed earlier in an announcement video.
As for the pricing, leaker @MysteryLupin on X recently shared that the Headphone (1) will cost $299 (approximately Rs 26,000). That makes it the most premium offering in Nothing's audio lineup. Besides, thanks to Nothing India Head Akis Evangelidis' confirmation on X, we now know that the Nothing Headphone (1) will launch "in India at the same time as global," which is July 1, 2025. The Nothing Phone (3) will launch right alongside.
Equal Leaks broke cover on the design of the Nothing Headphone (1) via X (formerly Twitter). From the images he shared, it appears that they are part of the promotional and marketing materials for the headphones.
