In a move that will thrill Nothing Phone (1) and Phone (2) owners who "wisely" skipped the Phone (3), the phone is suddenly available at a hefty discount. This comes just days after the much-hyped "loyalty" program ended, ironically offering massive Phone (3) discounts to anyone trading in their Phone (1) and Phone (2). Timing, right?
Nothing Phone (3) is going for under Rs 40,000 without any exchange offers
To the loyalists' disappointment, anyone can purchase the Phone (3) for Rs 39,999 on Flipkart right now, which drops further to Rs 37,999 with bank discounts. This price is similar to the Nothing Phone (3) Flipkart Big Billion Days sale deal offer a few weeks ago.

However, the most crucial part about it is that you don't need to exchange your Nothing Phone (1) or Phone (2). This may make Nothing's loyal users feel like they've been stabbed in the back, a they could've just waited and bought the device now, while keeping their old Nothing Phones.
For those unaware, Nothing was rewarding its faithful followers with an "exclusive" opportunity to trade their devices for a handsome discount on the Nothing Phone (3). This was upon exchanging the Phone (1) and Phone (2) devices, bringing the price down to as low as Rs 34,000.

Unfortunately, for the users who jumped the gun on the discount, that exclusivity had a shorter shelf life than a carton of milk. For the dedicated Nothing fans, the new open-for-all price could sting quite a bit. These users are the brand's earliest champions, who eagerly traded their perfectly functional Phone (1) and Phone (2) devices for no reason at all. The damage isn't just emotional, but financial as well.
That said, the Phone (3) does bring some solid value at the new deal price, offering the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. So, whether you're gaming or carrying out some extensive multitasking, the phone should be able to handle it like a charm. Then comes the 6.67-inch 120 Hz AMOLED display, which certainly brings a solid viewing experience, especially since it's paired with dual speakers.
There's also that impressive all-50 MP triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50 MP 3x periscope telephoto capable of capturing up to 60x Ultra Zoom shots. At the front, there's another 50 MP shooter for selfies. Fueling it all is a 5,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging and 15W wireless charging. Not to mention that the Phone (3) Glyph Matrix, alongside its quirky transparent design at the back, is quite the head-turner.
With that said, the next time you do come across such a deal, instead of paying for the privilege of being first, wait it out a bit. Patience really does pay off, from the looks of it.
