The Nothing Phone (3a) Community Edition has officially launched in India as a limited-edition variant of the regular Phone (3a), in collaboration with the brand's global community. The special edition, unveiled today, brings a refreshed aesthetic and exclusive customisations while retaining the core hardware of the standard version.
Nothing Phone (3a) Community Edition embraces a Frosted Teal colour
The Phone (3a) Community Edition stands out with its Frosted Teal translucent back panel. Additionally, the phone also includes exclusive UI elements such as a customised clock face, unique wallpapers and redesigned packaging that differentiates it from the regular model.
For those unaware, the Community Edition project of the Nothing Phone (3a) is a result of the brand's month-long global design challenge, where fans and independent creators submitted ideas across hardware design, packaging, accessories, wallpapers and marketing.

The brand then selected four winners, who worked directly with the Nothing team to bring the final Community Edition to life. In a post shared on X, Nothing highlighted contributors Emre, Jad, Louis, Ambrogio and Sushruta for their role in shaping the phone's look and feel.
This is the second such Community Edition that we have received from the brand, with the first being made for the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus last year.

Internally, the Nothing Phone (3a) Community Edition specifications remain the same as the regular Phone (3a). It features a 6.77-inch flexible AMOLED display with a 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. The Community Edition comes with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
In terms of optics, the Phone (3a) specifications include a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and an 8 MP ultrawide shooter. At the front, there's a 32 MP selfie shooter. The phone is fueled by 5,000mAh battery with 50W fast charging support.
