To combat the worsening RAM crisis and offer buyers more options to choose from, Nothing has launched new 6 GB RAM variants for the Nothing Phone 4a and Phone 4b in India.
Nothing Phone 4a and Phone 4b 6 GB + 128 GB Price in India and Availability
Starting with the Nothing Phone 4a, its 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant is priced at Rs 39,999 in India. For context, the Nothing Phone 4a launched back in March this year in three variants: 8 GB + 128 GB, 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB.
These variants were originally priced at Rs 31,999, Rs 34,999 and Rs 37,999, respectively. However, due to the RAM crisis, prices of the models were hiked several times, and now the 8 GB + 128 GB variant of the phone itself starts at Rs 44,999.
As for the Nothing Phone 4b, its new 6 GB + 128 GB variant is priced at Rs 35,999. The Nothing Phone 4b launched in India in July 2026 and started at Rs 34,999 for the 8 GB + 128 GB variant. Meanwhile, the 8 GB + 256 GB variant was priced at Rs 38,999.
However, the RAM shortage caused the Phone 4b's variants to also see price hikes, currently costing Rs 39,999 and Rs 40,999, respectively.
