Nothing may have inadvertently revealed more details about its upcoming budget smartphone before making an official announcement. An apparent Flipkart advertisement spotted online appears to confirm the Nothing Phone 4b launch date, while also offering an early glimpse at its design.
Nothing Phone 4b India Launch Date Revealed
Spotted first by the user Noah Cat on X in what appears to be an advertisement poster on Flipkart, it reveals that the Nothing Phone 4b is coming to India on July 7, 2026. While the previous Nothing Phone 4b teaser hinted at the name of the phone, the new poster confirms it.

Besides the date, the poster also reveals rough sketches of what could be the Nothing Phone 4b design. Unlike the live sketches in the first teaser, these sketches point to what could be the rear camera module of the smartphone. The drawings display cross-sections and 3D isometric views of a pill-shaped dual-camera module.
The top-left sketch in the advert shows a cross-sectional view of the phone, complete with several millimetre measurements that appear to indicate the thickness of different layers in the chassis and rear panel. Other annotations, including values around 1 mm to 1.2 mm, could refer to how much the dual-camera module protrudes from the back.
The poster also includes a few design notes, such as a to-do list mentioning the camera island, flash and display, suggesting these were part of Nothing's internal design process. A smaller circular cutout positioned beside the two camera lenses appears to represent the LED flash, while another annotated dimension could indicate the thickness of the antenna line.
As for pricing, tipster Yogesh Brar recently claimed on X that the Nothing Phone 4b could launch in India for Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 lower than the Nothing Phone 4a. The tipster also suggested the phone will retain a familiar design and be offered in two memory variants. This pricing strategy makes sense since Nothing's Co-Founder, Akis Evangelidis, recently confirmed that Nothing Phone 4b will be a budget smartphone.

As such, we expect the phone to retain Nothing's signature design language while bringing more affordable hardware to lower the entry point into the brand's ecosystem. We should learn more about the Nothing Phone 4b as its expected launch nears, so stay tuned.
