OnePlus 15T May Bring a Massive Battery to a Compact Phone

The next compact OnePlus smartphone, the 15T is already being prepped for launch. While the brand has not confirmed anything, leaks and rumours are continuing to turn up. The latest one reveals the alleged battery capacity of the phone along with some other details.

OnePlus 15T could pack the biggest battery inside a compact phone yet

Credible leaker Digital Chat Station (DCS) has revealed that OnePlus is planning to equip the OnePlus 15T with a close to 7,500mAh battery capacity. If true, this will officially beat the Xiaomi 17 to become the only compact phone with such a huge capacity.

This corroborates an earlier OnePlus 15T battery capacity leak post from the same tipster. He has also reconfirmed that the 15T will continue to hold the compact form factor with a 6.3-inch 1.5K 165 Hz LTPS AMOLED display. 

Moreover, with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 inside, it will become a true flagship device. The post has also mentioned a 50 MP Samsung JN5 telephoto camera, a metal frame and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for the smartphone.

Aside from that, no other details for the upcoming compact OnePlus smartphone are known at the time of writing. It is expected to be rebranded as the OnePlus 15s and will most definitely arrive to India since the OnePlus 15s BIS listing went live last month.
