It's not even been 24 hours since the OnePlus Ace 6 series went official in China. Now, a new leak has revealed a mystery OnePlus smartphone with a flagship MediaTek processor and a 9,000mAh battery.
OnePlus preps a new phone with Dimensity 9500
Prolific leaker Digital Chat Station (DCS) has made a new Weibo post claiming that a new OnePlus smartphone is in the works with a 9,000mAh capacity battery and the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.
If true, this will become the third phone from OnePlus to sport such a large battery capacity after the OnePlus Turbo 6 and the OnePlus Turbo 6V. Moreover, DCS has also mentioned that the new phone will feature a large 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED panel with 165 Hz refresh rate.
It is also said to bring an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, rounded R-corners and "some fancy features". Just like the new Turbo lineup the tipster says that the new phone will also position itself as a performance-centric offering.
That said, early speculation points to the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultr,a which surfaced in the rumour mill briefly in 2025. One report claimed that the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra is getting a cooling fan like the Oppo K13 Turbo series. However, since then, nothing new has surfaced regarding the phone. So, with now a new mystery phone making rounds, it seems like we will hear more about the 2026 Ultra shortly.
