Alongside the OnePlus 15, the OnePlus Ace 6 will also go official in China. The brand gave us our first look at the smartphone a short while back. Now, it is back with some of Ace 6's key details ahead of the scheduled launch.
OnePlus Ace 6 is getting a whopping 7,800mAh battery
Out of all the details shared by OnePlus via JD Mall, the battery capacity of the OnePlus Ace 6 caught our attention. At 7,800mAh, this is the biggest battery ever on a OnePlus smartphone. It brings a substantial increase of 1,385mAh when compared to the 6,415mAh capacity on the OnePlus Ace 5.
Even the upcoming OnePlus 15 in China is also said to get only a 7,300mAh bump. So, the OnePlus Ace 6 will lead OnePlus' battery game. Moreover, paired with the big battery is 120W fast USB-C charging support.
Performance-wise, the Ace 6 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, which is the 2024 flagship mobile platform from Qualcomm. To top it all off, the smartphone will also bring a dedicated G2 Network chip and a display chip.
Additionally, the smartphone will also feature a new Glacier vapour chamber cooling system with a new chip air conditioning heat dissipation structure. This will help the smartphone manage optimal performance and normal temperatures during demanding activities like gaming.
Other than that, the Ace 6 is also confirmed to gain a high refresh rate 165 Hz OLED screen. Although the listing has not mentioned the resolution, we believe it could either share the 1.5K resolution with the OnePlus 15 or could even pack a punch with a 2K display.
Apart from this, the OnePlus Ace 6 official first look revealed a redesigned camera deco for the smartphone, a dual rear camera setup, a racetrack-inspired design and three new colourways.
That said, the OnePlus Ace 6 will join the OnePlus 15 launch in China on October 27, 2025. Hence, expect the brand to spill some more details of the phone ahead of the official unveiling. It is expected to get rebranded as the OnePlus 15R for India and global markets.
